Refund policy

We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange merchandise by mailing the product to:

If you feel your candle doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should, please contact us at info@novacandleco.com so we can make it right.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
